| Comment: 20-year-after college graduation, we want to celebrate in Disney World with our families. Very, very lucky to find this house and the owner Jane, she even arranged us to rent the very next door house, which makes our reunion a wonderful experience. Her professional help makes all of our "10 families" decided quickly. With three out of four houses rent from Jane, and two houses each with 5/6 bedrooms just next door to each other, we not only enjoyed all our stay but also managed our reunion day, the Thanksgiving Day wholeday, at these two houses. The heated pool served well for all the kids, game rooms are wonderful for WIIs and Kareokee (we brought), the lawn in between two houses are excellent for setting up picnics, high speed internet makes our five or six laptops all worked well includ

| Comment: My Family of 11 which included 5 adults and 6 children rented this property 6/07. This property is beautiful. Everything is just as pictured and we really enjoyed ourselves. It's a home away from home. The house is very roomy and comfortable and it's close to the parks and shopping areas. The pool is a nice place to hang out in the daytime as well as at night since it's in a lanai. The Bar B Que grill came in handy for an afternoon pool party. The community is peaceful, quiet and secure. Ms Jane(the property owner) is very professional and friendly and I would definately recommend this house to families looking for somewhere to stay very very close to Orlando.

| Comment: In November 2006, my family and I decided to take a family vacation before some of my older children went to college. We also took along my mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and her 2 babies. There were a total of 13 of us. We knew that renting a hotel or staying on the Disney resort was going to be way too expensive this trip. So I was searching a while to find a place close enough to Disney, but yet cheep enough for our family so not to break the bank. I live in New Jersey and I have found a house on the internet before, but with few pictures to see. We thought we were getting a pretty nice place. With that in mind, I was a little nervous about getting another house just by seeing it on the internet. I did call about having a realtor help me find a house to rent, but the few I was ab

| Comment: We stayed at this villa from July 24th to July 27th and loved every moment of it! The house was very roomy and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool several times a day to escape from the hot sun. The location was convenient from a Walmart where we bought most of our food to grill out by the pool. I recommend this home for anyone who wants to be home away from home. Everything was included and we didn't have to worry bout much except for smaller necessities. Thanks Jane for such a great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your villa. The layout and the accomodations worked perfect for the size of our group. The pool was enjoyed by all. The grill was used (and cleaned) several times. The accomodations for the youngest in our group were just great with the new playpen/crib item, high chair and stroller. Having the separate TV room was great because one could get up early or stay up late to watch TV and not disturb the others. Thank you for having the HiSpeed Internet available. One of my son-in laws brought his laptop and we were able to connect to our work locations for our e-mails.
Your location to I-4 was excellent and nicely close to the Theme parks.
Overall, a wonderful experience and we hope we can rent again from you in the future.

| Comment: My family has 7 members and we stayed in this villa for 7 nights. It was like in paradise.
The house is roomy, new and clean with all of the facilities you can think of. We were deeply impressed that the many blankets,comforters and the nemorous towels are extremely clean. The kitchen is shinning brightly with clean dishes, mugs, forks, knifes...They have pots to cook. We cooked dinner several times when we got home early. That was very relaxing,comparing with the crowded restuarants in Disney!
The owner did the best to provide the comfort and conveninence for the guests.The furnitures are designed to be stylish and for your comfort. Each room has different style and color.The colors match! Different sized closets in each room, storing backup comforters and huge numbers of different sized

| Comment: Very clean, well kept home to rent. We just rented this home 1/1/06. Spacious so everyone has their own area to be in as well as a game room. Washer/dryer onsite is an added plus. Shopping malls nearby as well as a small drive to Disney/Orlando/Kissimmee.

| Comment: Our family rented this fine house for the New Year's holidays. The house was in excellent conditions and exceeded our expectations. The owner and the property manager were very nice and helpful. We totally recomend this house as an excellent choice for your vacation.

| Comment: We rented 654 Knollwood during Labor Day Weekend. The house was very nice. Brand New and was brand new when we left. The owner was very nice & the property maint mgr was very friendly. If you want to stay on the outskirts of Orlando, I would highly suggest this vacation home or suggest you to contact this property owner to fix you up.
